Improve UX of moving between history by keeping the previous page loaded and animating the switching between the pages
Firefox for Android does this and it feels great. It always keeps the previous page loaded in memory so that dragging on the toolbar switches the page along with it. If you're halfway the dragging, the browser would show 50% of each page. It feels very smooth and makes it more obvious you're switching between pages, especially when the previous and current page look a lot like each other.
