flatpak: Update to org.kde.Sdk 5.14

@rinigus If this affects SailfishOS negatively (because keyboard stuff?), I can wait a few days with merging this. In general it should be merged as soon as possible to avoid having both the 5.12 and 5.14 runtime installed on PlaMo
