Private Mode adjustments

Rinigus Saar requested to merge rinigus/plasma-angelfish:pmode into master

  • show by changing main menu icon that browser is in private mode. This can be reverted when complementary color scheme will be available for a dark theme

  • drop text prediction in private mode to avoid leaking info into predictive keyboard databases
