Webapp mode

Marco Martin requested to merge mart/plasma-angelfish:mart/webapp into master

add a different executable which loads angelfish in "Webapp mode" : it has no chrome and based on a desktop file it sets app name, titlebar tile and icon (launcher and taskbar), from the desktop file it reads an url as well, loading it, and will open in an external browser all urls that go out the domain of that url
