Add release and content rating appdata tags
Release info taken from tags page at https://invent.kde.org/flyingcakes/falkon/-/tags Date is shown as per my timezone. Might need a double check from the maintainer.
About content rating, I've added oars-1.1 without subtags, which basically means the application is ok to use for all ages. I did this with the assumption that we don't take responsibility for any age unsuitable content user may access via Falkon. Feel free to seek clarifications or discuss this further.
