Fix draging bookmarks in the toolbar.

Hello. When I use Falkon, I noticed that when I drag the bookmarks in the toolbar, they don't always move to the position indicated. Additionally, moving a bookmark to an empty area of the toolbar causes the application to crash. I made this change to fix these issues.

I hope it is useful and won't cause any other problems.
