WIP: Add account migration support

Filipe Azevedo requested to merge fazevedo/kaidan:feature/master-migrationmanager into master

We can now migrate existing account data into another account. The server side data of the vcard and roster are the only data supported for now, but as soon as QXmpp add more data support they will be supported transparently.

This (partially) implements #464.
