Ubuntu Touch minor fixes & improvements

Kirigami is now included in the ubuntu touch base image (or at least will be in the next OTA), so it can be removed from the Kaidan package. It's also neccesary to set the environment variables earlier so they have an effect. The result looks like this (if you install Daltons WIP Ubuntu Touch scaling patches on the device): image
