EmojiPicker: Adjust tooltips and representative of emoji group

The intention of the tooltips for the emojis is clear: They should explain what the meaning of an emoji is. That is fine.

Unfortunately, they are always displayed even if someone already knows what a specific emoji means. Furthermore, they prevent the user to see the other emojis which are covered by the tooltip. Other emoji pickers I know do not show a tooltip and it appears much less disturbing while chatting when you only want to choose an emoji and not learn about its meaning. If someone is interested in the meaning of an emoji, that person can look it up somewhere else. Apart from that, I do not think that a chat client has to teach people about the meaning of emojis.

Maybe there is another solution for that but in my opinion it should not be the displaying of tooltips.
