Add new chat background with Illustrations

This Merge Request adds a new chat background. The chat background now includes some illustrated elements rather than generic shapes in the previous background. The colour and opacity is kept same as the old background. I am open to adding or removing any specific element in the illustration. Here is the before after screenshots:
