Summary

Implemented notification support to notify the user about the newly received SMS/MMS when KDE Connect will be set as the default SMS app.

Note: Previous discussions related to this patch can be found here.

Test Plan

After adding this patch and installing the app, set KDE Connect as the default SMS app.

Send the SMS message from another device and notifications will appear in the status bar.
