Add LoopStatus and Shuffle control to mpris plugin

Summary

This change adds LoopStatus and Shuffle control via mpris plugin for supported players.

Test Plan

  1. Make sure your kdeconnectd has the following patch — kdeconnect-kde!401 (merged)
  2. Test LoopStatus/Shuffle using anything but Spotify.
  3. Test that LoopStatus/Shuffle controls aren't visible when using Spotify.
