Don't convert shuffle value to String when sending the command

Summary

It was pointed out by GSConnect developer that we shouldn't really be sending boolean value as String, see: https://github.com/GSConnect/gnome-shell-extension-gsconnect/pull/1134#discussion_r656675708

Test Plan

  1. Press shuffle
  2. Notice that it still changes when using the current HEAD of kdeconnectd.
