Show connection status in collapsed state of persistent notification

I set the Persistent Notification of KDE Connect to minimize in notification shade. Currently the collapsed notification shows no information about the devices it is connected to:

This is how it looks after the change, showing the current status of devices:

Note: I have tested on Android Noughat and below (using AVD) where the notification remains same as before.
