Compose send compose

Dmitry Yudin requested to merge dgyudin/kdeconnect-android:compose_send_compose into master

UI update for the old compose send screen - it didn't look pretty and send button was right next to "clear" which have obvious cons. Also an attempt to introduce jetpack compose in this app:

Theme cleanups was necessary for Mdc3Theme background to look the same as in all other screens.
