Fixing unhandled Security Exception causing crashes

Rob Emery requested to merge mintsoft/kdeconnect-android:bt_fixes_2 into master

If the user revokes the "nearby devices" permission from KDEConnect, previously this would throw a SecurityException and cause the app to crash. It will now ignore this condition and keep using the other connection methods (i.e. LANProvider). Toggling the Enable Bluetooth option in the settings will fix the permissions
