SftpPlugin use per device settings

Summary

It is now possible to use different setting per paired device

Test Plan

Install patch and verify that the previously configured settings are still used and are now also copied to the device specific shared preferences files for all trusted devices

Connect an android device to multiple remote devices and configure different settings for each remote. Verify that the remote devices see the shares as configured on android
