retain Header Labels when resetting commands list

Piyush Aggarwal requested to merge (removed):better_default into master

in the RunCommand plugin's editCommands pane, Resetting to Defaults currently wipes the view clean.

It should keep the headers : Name, Command

this patch adds the header labels after clearing the view.
