Make plugins work in SailfishConnect
Summary
Enable plugins for SailfishConnect build and make it work.
Plugins are compiled statically instead of as a module. This makes it possible to build Sailfish Connect completely statically. IMHO this is the best solution for the Sailfish platform, because apps in the official store are not allowed to install libraries into /usr/lib. But plugins have to (also affects Qca plugins).
