T12394 Improve SMS URI display in kdeconnect-handler

It was asked by nicolasfella that kdeconnect-handler say "Device to send a SMS with" instead of "Device to send sms:12345 to"

So, I changed that, built it and tested it with kdeconnect-handler sms:/12345 as the work order stated.
