Combine handler desktop files

Nicolas Fella requested to merge nicolasfella/kdeconnect-kde:handler into master

We use the handler for more stuff than just tel and SMS, we also use it for file manager integration.

Merge the two desktop files and drop the Phone/SMS from the name to make it generic
