Disable presenter on macOS

Weixuan Xiao requested to merge wxiao/kdeconnect-kde:macos-disable-presenter into master

The presenter pointer doesn't work yet on macOS. Currently the principal cause is missing of QML file.

But it seems the window management on macOS doesn't have similar behavior than the others. Pointer doesn't work on fullscreen mode. Need fix.
