[SMS App] Selecting and sending attachments to remote device

Summary

This patch adds the feature to select multimedia files from the SMS app and send it to the remote device as attached files with the message.

User can select the files by clicking on the insert button. A file dialog appears to choose the files from.

After selecting the files, A clear button appears after selecting the files so that in case user changes his/her mind.
