[RFC] bring back PNG icons and segregate the icons in different folders
What
- added different PNG icons according to the sizes specified here: https://github.com/KDE/extra-cmake-modules/blob/master/modules/ECMAddAppIcon.cmake#L147
- designs taken from Cuttlefish and breeze-icons
Why
- commit 5210d1ae removes PNG icons from the codebase which were needed by the windows build. This patch aims to add them back
- also organized icon files into specifc folders
