Summary

Adds support to send data about currently selected audio output device to connected device and change the selection from remote device

Test Plan

See kdeconnect-android MR for the usage of added feature: kdeconnect-android!222 (merged)

I'll try to implement similar selection in remotesystemvolume plugin and UI next time
