[RFC] SYSTRAY improvements and feature additions

Piyush Aggarwal requested to merge (removed):systray_code into master
  1. Moved custom action classes to separate header
  2. Add ConnectivityPlugin action to systray.
  3. Update Battery icon to be dynamic.
  4. many more additions, check out commit log
