Draft: Add QRCode encoding IP addresses for connecting

Summary

Add an item to the systray menu. This menu opens a dialog with a QR Code, which encodes the IP addresses of the current device. Other devices can thus scan this QR Code to explicitly connect to the current device.

Test Plan

Generate a QR Code on my Linux PC.
