Add zsh autocomplete file

Matthijs Tijink requested to merge mtijink/kdeconnect-kde:ship-zsh-autocomplete into master

Adds the (updated) zsh autocomplete file, and lets CMake install it. This overrides the file currently being shipped with zsh.

Could any CMake wizards check if this is the correct way to add a user-configurable install path?
