nautilus-extension: Update for compatibility with Nautilus 43

Nautilus has been ported to GTK4 for GNOME 43, which affects the nautilus extension.

This uses the suggestion from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus-python/-/blob/master/docs/reference/nautilus-python-migrating-to-4.xml and is identical to the patch used in https://github.com/GSConnect/gnome-shell-extension-gsconnect/pull/1441/commits/c7b8aeddcab97ecbaefa35ccbfde0e1a1928e493 for the same function.
