Wake-on-lan PC from phone
It's currently possible to shut down your PC from your phone (using the remote command plugin), but there's no way to turn it back on after that. If the PC supports wake-on-lan, we could detect this and show a "Turn on" button that sends a wake-on-lan magic packet (if I'm not mistaken, this is a broadcast packet that contains the hardware MAC of the target computer, which we should be able to get).
It only makes sense to show this button if we can detect that the PC supports wake-on-lan, and maybe also that we are on the same network where we saw that PC for the last time. Otherwise, we would have a "turn on" button that does nothing, which is bad UX.
