Change KIO worker logging categories to kf.kio.workers.*
Some had been already changed, so kf.kio.slaves.* would no longer match them.
Switching all for 22.12.0 should then also at least together with KF 5.101 (if frameworks/kio!1061 (merged) is in) restore a single glob to work.
