[activities] Hide plugin's menu item when there's only one activity
requested to merge ngraham/kio-extras:hide-activities-plugin-actions-when-theres-only-one-activity into master
If the user only has one activity, it doesn't make sense to show the menu item to link the file to a different activity; there are none!
