Make My Drive and Shared Drives subfolders of the account root

Make My Drive and Shared Drives subdirectories of the account root instead of showing My Drive files with Shared Drives subfolder.

This is needed for allowing Shared with me or Recent item lists and is detailed in Phabricator task T11771.
