This MR adds support for 'Shared With Me' files in kio-gdrive.
They are shown under a fake 'Shared With Me' folder, similar to the 'Shared With Me' tab in the Google Drive Web UI.
The sharedWithMeDate field, if available, is shown in the 'Google Drive' tab of the dolphin Properties dialog.
