- m_pListView->confColumns[i].toggleThisOne can be 0

KonqBaseListViewWidget::readProtocolConfig():
- confColumns[i].toggleThisOne can be 0
- always initialize confColumns for extra fields
- use right variable as index (look for  //move all columns behind one to the front)

BTW, is this really necessary to move invisible columns to the end?

@david, you need better column names and the date is displayed as ISO date
