Only build kio_bookmarks in KF6

Stefano Crocco requested to merge stefanocrocco/konqueror:dont-build-kio_bookmarks-kf5 into master

In KF5, kio-extras still includes kio_bookmarks, so there's no need to build it.

The documentation is still built, however, since the .po files are inside the main po directory. Is it safe to move them in a directory under kioworkers?
