Add ability to drag entries from the sidebar tree

Raphael Rosch requested to merge rrosch/konqueror:work/rrosch/drag_from_sidebartree into master

This allows for the dragging of entries in the sidebar tree. It is especially useful as a means of dragging such entries onto the sidebar button bar, immediately creating a button for the desired entry (for example to have that entry be the root of its own tree).
