Add %U to Exec for dektop file
Also if you open an URL from Konsole the HTML page will be downloaded and then displayed as text.
With this change the URL is properly loaded as a website.
In the https://invent.kde.org/network/konqueror/-/blob/master/org.kde.konqueror.desktop file there is also %U for the Exec line used.
