Add a way to save themes on konversation

Historically, the konversation theme editor is hard to use because it involves setting many different colors at once, saving, and testing to see if the color combination works. if it does not work, returning to the previous configuration is a trial and error approach.

With this path, we can save copies of the current theme, and load them in one go just by selecting it on the dropbox.
