Bittorent v2 support

This needs parsing torrent info with sha256 hashes and a new merkle tree structure.
It also brings welcome improvements: deduplication across torrents (!), smaller magnet link size, 16 KiB chunks.
KTorrent should at least support hybrid magnets and torrents. I tried opening an hybrid magnet link, but can't tell if something is happening.
Suggested roadmap:
- Parse v1 info from hybrid magnets/torrents
- Parse v2 info
- Tell the user v2 isn't supported for now when they try to open a v2 torrent/magnet
- Support downloading v2 torrents
