Always maximize from system tray on second instance startup attempt
requested to merge vovagorodok/ktorrent:always-maximize-from-system-tray-on-second-instance-startup-attemption into master
Additional option. Helps for me in case:
- Ktorrent started and minimalized in tray
- User wans to open ktorrent window by double click on desktop icon or from terminal or some how else
- Nothing heppens. Ktorrent still minimalized and user should find icon from (for example hidden tray) and double click it every time
With this option, 2 step will works fine
