Getting the option to edit the messages of other users.

I am getting the option to edit the messages of other users and after editing that, the editing message gets reflected on neochat (although not on the element client).

I am new to C++ development so if this is a junior job, I would like to fix this. From what I have thought and tried is to disable the visibility of edit message button for other users but was unable to do so.
