Don't require kirigami-addons master

Ingo Klöcker requested to merge work/kloecker/2402-simplify-blueprint-settings into release/24.02

The default version of kirigami-addons (0.11.90) should be sufficient for 24.02. And the Qt version is already set by the CraftConfig used for Qt 6 builds.

These changes will hopefully fix the Craft builds.
