Improve the look of reactions

• Always show the reaction counts. Element does this too and it makes sure the look is consistent, no matter how many reactions there are.
• Show a slight border around the background to make the transition to non-reaction less "grainy"

• Don't use hardcoded colors for the border but find some Kirigami color that fits
