RFC: Revamped user info

Tobias Fella requested to merge work/tobias/userinfo-3 into master

Don't look at the implementation, this is just for initial feedback

  • Replace the user info with an avatar button in the left sidebar
  • When clicked, open a dialog showing basic info and actions for the user

Should we continue refining this or scrap it immediately?
