Fix Mobile Purpose - do not merge as it

James Graham requested to merge work/nvrwhere/purpose_mobile into master

Create a mobile version of FileDelegateContextMenu with no share action to avoid purpose import.

This is a bit brute force compared to the nice thing we were trying to do.

Current the colorsche is disable to get CI to work do not merge
