Better spell checking for slash commands

Smitty van Bodegom requested to merge smitop/neochat:slash-formatting into master

This prevents spell checking of rainbowme and lenny, which aren't English words but are names of commands. It also prevents any spell checking for lines starting with /join, /part, and /invite as those have IDs as arguments that aren't words. This way there isn't any spell check errors when entering commands.
