Make the directory dialog more accessible

Milian Wolff requested to merge work/easier-directory-access into master

Add a '+' tool button to show the directory dialog next to the "Filter Channels..." line edit below the room list. This way, it's easier to figure out for newbies on how to join a new chat room visually, or direct message a user.
