[Feature Request] Add TSupport Mode
As a TSF agent, I'd love to see this client implement what we internally call "TSupport mode". This is basically a special mode that is triggered when a TDesktop instance logs in with a support account and allows for the following extra features:
- Managing a list of templates located in a TEMPLATES directory. Searching of templates can be done by pressing tab in the message field and can occur by template key or text. Multiple languages are supported, the template files are very structured and easy to parse programmatically
- Chats are not marked as read when opened, but when a message is sent (to just mark the chat as read, you can just type enter)
I'll add more stuff as I think about what's needed. I think some inspiration should be taken from the official TDesktop repository
