Improve login UI

Jens KJ requested to merge karatek/tok:dev into dev

I changed AuthenticationCode.qml, Password.qml, PhoneNumber.qml amd Welcome.qml to use FormLayouts and to be centered. Also, the password input field in Password.qml is now a Kirigami.PasswordField.
